As I begin my 19th year in education, I could not be more grateful to be a part of the beautiful Briscoe Family! My husband and I have three handsome sons! Isaiah will begin his Junior year as starting QB in football, Center in Basketball, and Right Field in Baseball, with a 4.0 GPA, Jeremiah attends YMLA and will begin his Sophomore year with a basketball in one hand and a trumpet in the other, Josiah will begin his 3rd grade year as a Briscoe eagle! I am driven by a passion for advocating for students and families, especially in literacy. In 2023, I was very blessed to be named District Teacher of the Year for FWISD. I am committed to instilling a lifelong love of reading and learning in our students, so that they have every door of opportunity. The 2025-26 school year will be the best year yet for the MIGHTY BRISCOE EAGLES!

I went into education because this is where is all begins. As teachers we have have the possibility to create ripple effects for generations to come. I have always wanted to live my life making a positive change in the world, and at Briscoe, I have the world in my class!
