Built in 1988, Edward J. Briscoe Elementary School is named for longtime Fort Worth educator and humanitarian, Mr. Edward J. Briscoe (1910-2006). Our school’s mascot (eagle) reflects the indomitable spirit of our progenitor, scholars, and staff.

Mr. Briscoe believed and would tell his students,"You can if you think you can and work hard enough.” Here at Briscoe, We believe, We can Achieve.  Our staff is committed to the conviction that each student can and will achieve.
